Prices
Apartment Small: from € 150 (for 2 persons/per night).
Apartment Large: from € 350 (for 4 persons/per night).
Our rates depend on the time of the year and public holidays. If you stay longer than one week special conditions can be arranged.
Once a week the accomodation will be cleaned, towels and linen will be changed.
Upon request and for an additional charge we clean your apartment and change linen and towels on occasion.
Additional charge for cleaning: € 20.
Additional charge for laundry change: € 10.
Prices include value-added tax, but exclude the local fee.
Reservation
By paying the entire amount not later than 48 hours before check-in your reservation will be secured.
Provision of Apartments
The booked apartment is available at 3 pm on the day of arrival. Handover of keys will be made by arrangement on site. Check-out: 11 am.
Cancellation Policy
- Up to 30 days prior to arrival reservations can be cancelled free of charge.
- 30 to 15 days prior to arrival a cancellation fee of 20 % will be charged.
- 14 to 4 days prior to arrival a cancellation fee of 50 % of the total price will be charged.
- 3 days prior to arrival or in case of no show a cancellation fee of 100 % of the total price will be charged.
Security Deposit
- Concerning rental duration longer than two weeks
- For any damages in the apartment the guest is liable and agrees to deposit as security.
- The amount of this deposit varies depending on the size of the apartment and rental duration and will be individually agreed.
